After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a few emails to confirm your order and update you on its status. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam box, so make sure you add us to your spam exceptions or your email address book (you can check your email program to manage those incoming emails). Order and delivery emails:

An order confirmation email lets you know that we’ve received your order.
A shipping confirmation email lets you know we've processed your order. This email includes a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.

Track your order in real time! Find « Track your order » and insert your tracking number.

Unfortunately, your order can’t be modified (item, size, color) after submitting it. The shipping details cannot also be altered after shipping.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact our customer service department. We will do our best to assist you.

Important: Please contact us as soon as possible. We always try to achieve prompt deliveries. So, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

The products displayed in our online store are available and ready for shipment. Non available sizes that are marked as unavailable. In exceptional cases (e.g. festive periods, discount periods) there may be failures in the availability of products due to simultaneous order entry by customers. You will not be charged for products that we are unable to be shipped. We work hard to ensure the integrity of our product availability. Rarely can failures occur. Both our collection and product availability are updated very regularly! This is why it pays to visit us often.

Currently, our e-shop does not offer a gift-wrapping service. This means that the package will include the purchase receipt.
Inside the package, you will also find a return form, which can be used as an exchange card.
