Don't forget to fill in the printed return form included in your parcel. Without it, it is not possible to manage your return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to avoid any damage during the return.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order and is either in the form of a refund or a credit voucher.

We kindly ask you to return the item in its original packaging with the original label. Footwear items must be returned in their original boxes.
The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfume (unless there is original sealed packaging).
Exchanges/returns of items purchased from bg.tommy.com can only be made via courier, following the steps described above and not in physical TOMMY HILFIGER stores.

Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a certain period of time at your own risk. It is necessary, to fill & send the return form found in the parcel you have received. The return is allowed to be made within 30 days from the day of receipt of your order.
